Umana Technique Training (Practitioner)The Umana Technique is a gentle and elegant method of activating the higher chakras (energy centres) 8 through to 12 whilst stabilising the lower chakras located within the physical body. Umana is a hands on technique similar in application to Reiki, however it is not a healing, rather it is an energy activation to enhance growth, consciousness & empowerment. It’s a battery recharge for the Soul.
The added bonus of learning Umana is that when you give a Umana treatment you receive an energy activation at the same time. Umana enables you to live at a higher frequency, and with each Umana treatment you give, or Practitioner re-attunement you receive, the energy expands & strengthens. Your awareness of the subtle energy field is enhanced as well as the awareness of yourself, within it. People who "lose themselves" in the field of energy are gently anchored and become present, enabling them to decern what is theirs and what is not. They are better able to observe rather than immediately take on or feel responsible for what is unfolding before them. Others find that they become more aware of the expansive energy that surrounds them, their intuitive senses are heightened, whilst also feeling at ease and grounded. Umana can also be done in person or remotely (at distance) on people, situations, places and spaces. Existing Practitioners can integrate the Umana Technique into existing offerings as either a 30min or full 60min treatment e.g. Reiki + Umana (Healing + Activation). You may choose to do the training simply for personal growth and expansion as well as to activate the energy of your home, business, the land you live on, and adult family members. No previous experience is necessary, it’s easy to learn and safe to apply, you will be amazed by the growth & new awareness you experience post training. Gratitude to Kachina Ma'an who brought Umana Technique into being in 2023 and for also developing the Pellowah Healing Technique. Training includes; Umana Technique Practitioner attunement; learn about what Umana is & how to apply it personally & in your business; giving and receiving a Umana Technique session (in person) 30min & 60min; learn about Chakras 8 - 12, learn how to do a remote session e.g for the Earth, home, a situation; receive a workbook & certificate. One of the greatest strengths of Reiki is that you can do it on yourself, it's a "hands on" healing technique. As your energy changes with further practices in meditation or training in energy techniques (e.g Reiki level 2, Pellowah or Umana) you actually FEEL the difference in the quality & strength of energy flowing through you. A regular self Reiki practice supports you in navigating lifes challenges in a more balanced and empowered way. It enables you to become familiar with the language of your own body, enhancing self-awareness, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Small intimate classes making time for questions, sharing and hands on practice. This class is focused on self healing, using traditional Japanese practices as well as a few techniques Suzi developed in over 15 years of working with Reiki. We will cover; the history of Reiki, practice self healing & meditations, integrating Reiki into your everyday, learn about & work with one of the sacred Reiki symbols. This class is based on Traditional Japanese Reiki teachings, with plenty of hands on practise to develop confidence in giving Reiki to others. Small intimate classes making time for questions and sharing. With over a decade of embodied experience as an Energy Practitioner & running her own business, Suzi is generous with her knowledge & a passionate teacher. We will cover; the sacred Reiki symbols & experience their energy, remote healing and associated techniques, practice giving and receiving Reiki sessions, meditations & mantras to support your practice, setting up a professional workspace and working with clients. Students receive a Reiki Practitioner certificate & manual.
