Embodied Awareness
(Umana Technique)

The Umana Technique is a gentle and elegant method of activating your higher chakras (energy centres) 8 through to 12 whilst stabilising the lower chakras located within the physical body. It is a hands on technique similar in application to Reiki, however it is not a healing, it is an energy activation.

Your awareness of the subtle energy field is enhanced as well as the awareness of yourself, within it. People who "lose themselves" in the field of energy are gently anchored and become present, enabling them to decern what is theirs and what is not. They are able to observe rather than immediately take on or feel responsible for what is unfolding before them in their day to day life.

Others find that they become more aware of the expansive energy that surrounds them, their intuitive senses are heightened, whilst also feeling at ease and grounded. You may notice your spiritual practices, meditation and healing go to a whole new level.

Umana Technique was brought into being in 2023 by Kachina Ma'an who also developed the Pellowah Healing Technique.

Suzi pairs the Umana Technique with a Reiki Healing in the first session. You may choose to have a full Umana Technique session if you have regular healing sessions. Sessions are in person or remote (via zoom).

Reset & Shine
​(Reiki + Pellowah)

Reiki energy soothes your body & mind. Pellowah infuses your field with light, decompressing & elevating your energy frequency. Experience spontaneous shifts in perspective or simply feel more ease & flow within yourself & your life.

The session begins with Reiki to relax & settle the mind & body, priming you to soak up & experience the pure, high vibration Pellowah energy. You lay on the healing bed (comfortably dressed) as Suzi easefully transitions from giving Reiki (hands on) to Pellowah (free from touch). Other than a brief chat before & after, the session is free from conversation allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the energy.

It's also a perfect follow up session or an alternative to an Empowered Healing (ThetaHealing) with Suzi.

Reiki Healing

Reiki is a gentle therapy and is effective in preventing and reducing stress, anxiety and feelings of overwhelm. It also boosts the bodies innate healing process; assisting with prevention, recovery, and reducing the severity of illness.

Suzi begins with clearing your energy in "ThetaHealing" mode dissolving energetic attachments and calming the busy mind, so you rapidly ease into your Reiki experience.

Suzi is an experienced Reiki Master/Teacher. If you would like to learn Reiki for your own healing or offer it professionally, you are welcome to get in touch.

Pellowah Healing Technique

Pellowah is a pure & high vibration energy healing technique. It works on the meridians, decompressing & elevating the frequency of your subtle energy field, enhancing the capacity to hold more light. The word Pellowah means "radical shift in consciousness". It lights you up from within & facilitates a change in perspective in how you may view yourself & your life.

To experience Pellowah you lay fully clothed on the healing bed, with a light covering for comfort. The session is free from distraction of sound and touch, so you can be immersed in the experience. Suzi works intuitively to where the energy is needed, moving her hands above and around your body as the Pellowah energy flows.

Empowered Healing (ThetaHealing)

Free yourself from the effects of trauma, and patterns you've been unable to shift. Suzi uses ThetaHealing to clear energy from disempowering relationships, physical and emotional trauma, birth trauma (of mother, child or self), past life issues, identities, unhealthy beliefs and patterns, then returns your energy back to you (soul retrieval). ThetaHealing is a powerful quantum healing technique that works on a physical, emotional and soul level with profound and lasting effects. It can also be used to clear the energy of issues & challenges relating to your business &/or home (see Empowered Practitioner & Energy Makeover services).

A few minutes before your session Suzi intuitively scans your energy to see what is showing up for you energetically. She may also select an Australian Bushflower Essence blend to pop into your glass of water. The session begins with a chat about what you wish to be shifted, as well as what is showing up in your energy field to be cleared. You then relax on the healing bed and Suzi gets to work. When in "Theta mode" Suzi sees the energy shift and will describe the feelings and visual impressions she receives.

​People often feel the energy shift throughout the session, leaving them feeling lighter & relaxed afterwards.

Suzi regularly works with parents to shift and heal trauma in their child or children. Just like an online session Suzi connects in with their energy remotely, which is as effective as in person.

Empowered Practitioner

Feel empowered by shifting patterns or beliefs that are holding you back from either becoming a Practitioner, or from feeling easeful and energised as a Practitioner. Suzi respectfully brings to light limiting and disempowering beliefs and patterns relating to; self worth, being visible, business, success, money, time, energy, working with clients and meeting expectations.

Clients often mirror or activate unresolved trauma or patterns we hold within ourselves. Suzi will assist you in clearing the energy so you can maintain "Practitioner Mode" whilst working with others.

Having been in business herself for many years and working with clients one to one and in a teaching capacity, Suzi has plenty of embodied experience and wisdom to draw from. As we continue to grow and evolve as Practitioners, we become aware of the next layer to be cleared. Suzi has and continues to work on her own limiting beliefs and patterns as they surface. Energy Makeover
​(Space clearing)

If you feel that something is not quite right in your home or if your business needs fresh energy, an energy makeover (space clearing) will improve the situation. ​Suzi will clear your property or business from energetic imprints and connections with previous occupants, financial and relationship challenges, illness, tension and trauma.

In preparing your home for sale, it's wise to energetically disconnect yourself and family from the property. The 'family home' becomes a 'house for sale', easing the transition for you to move on and someone else to move in...

Energy makeover consults are done remotely from the Castlemaine Studio. All Suzi requires is a basic floorplan of the property. In "ThetaHealing mode" Suzi shares her intuitive & clairvoyant insights & impressions throughout the session.
