Comprised of 3 x 2hr workshops, 2 x 75min + 1 x 30min one on one healing/spiritual guidance sessions, the program is run over a period of 3 months.
The workshops cover: energy basics; boundaries and ritual; meeting your team (spiritual, plant, animal); crafting smudge sticks & moving with the moon. One on one healing / spiritual guidance sessions are tailored to your specific needs, and are scheduled following each workshop. I really loved the Everyday [Awareness] workshop, it provided some really good tools to help with everyday life and connecting to your own intuition. I really loved the guided meditations. Would recommend this workshop no matter where you are on your journey ~ Amy I recently moved into a 1940’s home that held a lot of dark, depressing, negative energy. Despite the fact it was beautifully renovated I felt I couldn’t stand being there. Thankfully I found Suzi who performed a home clearing session by tuning into the homes energy, she cleared all the negative energy in relation to a lot of trauma that had happened in the house.
